Rivière-du-Loup is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Take a trip over to Île aux Lièvres, walk around the Parc des Chutes, head out on the mountain biking trails in one of the region’s many outdoor centres or swim at the Notre-Dame-du-Portage’s saltwater pool.

The region’s agricultural setting pairs beautifully with its urban and maritime vistas, making it one truly unique destination. Many of the region’s farmers provide different agritourism opportunities and farm-to-table dining.
The St. Lawrence River
Hiking along the trails in the Parc de la Pointe, Parc côtier Kiskotuk and even on Île Verte (if you take the crossing over) couldn’t be more relaxing with the calming sea air.
History and heritage
