The municipality of Saint-Épiphane has a strong agricultural focus and is home to a service point of the CLSC Rivières et Marées, which serves the surrounding municipalities. Saint-Épiphane offers a variety of landscapes stretching from north to south. Starting from the agricultural valley of the Rivière Verte, the terrain gradually rises toward the more forested Appalachian plateau.
