Kamouraska is famous for its arts and cultural scene, including circus shows, the Symposium de peinture (an art festival), the Festival Archipel (a living arts festival), craft boutiques, an art centre, museums and numerous galleries.

Eel, wild mushrooms and glasswort are just some of the region’s star culinary products. And there are plenty of fine restaurants putting a fresh spin on the typical flavours of Kamouraska, and showcasing local products (whether they’re fresh from the St. Lawrence or the region’s pastures) and talent.
