About
Saint-Philippe-de-Néri is a dynamic village located between sea and mountains, at a historic crossroads of Kamouraska’s roadways. With its beautiful cross-country ski trails, thriving agriculture, and numerous businesses, the municipality spans approximately 1.6 km from north to south and 6.5 km from east to west. The former rectory, now the Maison de la Culture Léo-Leclerc, houses a library dedicated to Claude Béchard, a native of Kamouraska. Every summer, the Philifest 456 festival brings residents together for a festive program.
