All year round, Buvette and Discovery Area · gourmet boutique, where local products are highlighted. In the summer season, large landscaped grounds, Cantina and outdoor bar. At the Buvette, we welcome you in the evening to drink and eat well . Natural wines (from Quebec or private import), revisited cocktails and micro beers. Slate menu that highlights local products with authenticity. Vegetables from our market gardeners, local meats and marine products from the St. Lawrence are found in our small dishes, to delight the taste buds. The concept invites you to choose several small dishes to make room for discovery and sharing.
With its Discovery Space, Côté Est wishes to pay homage to the culinary roots, know-how and terroir that make Kamouraska a gourmet tourist destination of choice, from the depths of the Saint-Laurent to the confines of the forest through the generous and abundant fields.
It’s a gourmet boutique, yes, but even more: it’s a space dedicated to encouraging the discovery of the terroir and the culinary territory of our great region. Côté Est signature products, specialty products and local flavors, to eat and drink well! The essentials for a successful aperitif, a weekday meal or big days… or simply to bring a little bit of ourselves home at the end of the holidays.
In summer, the Cantina offers simple and festive cuisine that pays homage to local products.
