About

IMPORTANT – Partial Closure of the Petit Témis Interprovincial Linear Park

A section of the trail remains closed at all times between Route Bossé (Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!) and the southern end of Principale Street (Saint-Honoré-de-Témiscouata), between kilometres 53 and 56 of Route 185, due to ongoing construction of Autoroute 85.

Shuttle Service Extended

The Ministry of Transport now offers a free shuttle service 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., until September 1, 2025.

The trail is not accessible outside shuttle hours.

Cyclists are asked not to use Route 185 for safety reasons.

All bike types and accessories are accepted: e-bikes, fatbikes, tricycles, trailers, child seats.

Clear signage has been installed at both ends of the closed section.

The shuttle service will return one last time in summer 2026.

About the Petit Témis Trail

This 134 km cycling trail, built on a former railway line, connects several municipalities and passes through beautiful natural settings.

Grab a bite at Café Denis-Longchamps in Saint-Modeste (light meals and lunchboxes).

Rustic camping spots available along the trail.

Free trail map available at Bas-Saint-Laurent visitor centers.
