For beef that stands out for its high quality and freshness, we select the best Angus, Wagyu and Shorthorn calves and give them all the little care they need. Our cows, bulls and their little calves enjoy the outdoor well-being of our pastures. Subsequently, finishing is done in our stable to provide them with a balanced diet of energy and protein. All these factors allow us to obtain exceptional meat, very marbled and tender.

Everything is done to ensure our animals the comfort they deserve: clean litter, optimal ventilation, beautiful space feeder, large resting area, and handling that respects their natural behavior. Our animals are transported to a small certified slaughterhouse where the aging of the meat begins on the hook for a period of 28 to 35 days. This process takes place directly in the cold room at the butcher’s shop, which also meets all standards and has a high quality standard. This is a very important and quite unique step which makes our product exceptional with tenderness and a real beef taste!
