The «Sentiers d'Ixworth» are a large playground in the middle of nature and offers privileged and free access to a territory rich in natural beauty. Located in the heart of a protected area, that preserve an important deer ravage, the marked trails allow the visitor to enjoy the site all year long.

During the summer, nearly 60 kilometers of hiking are available to motivated walkers. A nature interpretation circuit (2.2 kilometres) runs along the river and give information about the particularities of many ecosystems in the area.

Just 3 km from the start point, you will find the impressive Sainte-Anne River waterfall which is 20 meters high. From the summer of 2023, visitors will also be able to explore the all-new thematic mycological discovery trail.

During winter, the «Sentiers d'Ixworth» are open for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts.

You will also find at the entrance to the site, a rest area and picnic tables on the edge of the river, as well as a chalet, equipped with a wood stove.

Dogs on a leash are permitted. Note that the cellular network is not available on site.  For your safety, it is recommended to download the KamOÙ application.

To access the Ixworth trails, take the Route Drapeau Sud, then turn right at on la route d'Ixworth.
