Since 1990, Vallier Robert has developed unique know-how, fermenting maple sap to produce alcoholic beverages known as acers.
An inspiring story told on an informative guided tour! From the acer cellars to the sugar shack, you'll also learn about the properties of maple products, suggested food pairings and recipes.
