Brïte Pauchet, happy to live in Kamouraska, where she can combine many of her passions and share them.

Join us from September 19 to 21 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Festival des champignons forestiers du Kamouraska! This must-see fall event brings together chefs, processors, producers, and foragers with one shared goal: to offer you an unforgettable experience.

Renowned chef Stéphane Modat, owner of Le Clan restaurant in Quebec City, will be the official ambassador of this special edition. Don’t miss his closing talk, where he’ll explore how forest mushrooms can be beautifully integrated into our cuisine.
