Attractions and Activities
Entitled Enracinés (Rooted), the museum’s permanent exhibition presents the cultural and social aspects of the forest industry in Témiscouata and Grand Madawaska, from the logging camps of the 1940s to the social uprising of the forestry workers in the 1970s. Through testimonials and archival footage, the story is presented through the eyes and voices of those who lived it. Guided tour. Winner of the Bas-Saint-Laurent heritage award for the exhibition Enracinés.
