The project Entre l’algue & l’écorce is a meeting between the river, the field, and the forest. A desire for sharing and rediscovering our roots; the very essence of new Quebec gastronomy. Our primary goal: to showcase Quebec flavours and products.

From June 11 2026, discover our 5 courses Tasting Menu, elaborated with care and showcasing local products and flavours from the wild.

Dinners will take place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from June 11 to October 17.
