The Entre l’algue & l’écorce project is a meeting place between the river, the field, and the forest. A desire for sharing, symbiosis, and rediscovering our roots; the very essence of new Quebec gastronomy. Our primary goal: to showcase Quebec flavors and products.

We are open from June 1st to October 31st and from December 1st to March 31st, to welcome you summer and winter.
