Lexique
Tourist Information Office (BIT)
In addition to offering the complete collection of regional tourist guides, they provide complete information on the region in which they are located. Further information on neighbouring regions as well as urban centers, such as Montreal and Quebec, is also available on site. They are known as the benchmark for the tourism-based businesses of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region!
Tourist Welcome Center (BAT)
These premises have mainly a local mandate; they inform the visitors at the municipality and nearby community levels. Their services cover solely the area in which they are located (RCM) and only the Bas-Saint-Laurent tourist guide is available on site.
