Have you ever dreamed of conquering the top of a cliff? The Riki Bloc climbing cooperative invites you to take on this challenge this summer in Rimouski and Bas-Saint-Laurent!

Our region is lends itself wonderfully to the discovery of climbing in magnificent rural settings. Whether you are looking for sporting challenges, a change of scenery or a pleasant activity to do with the family, our guides accredited by the FQME will be able to offer you safe and fun supervision for the pleasure of all. People eager for more technical knowledge in rock climbing will also find what they are looking for in our course offering.

Discovery outing

Discover rock climbing in a magnificent natural setting!

The Chute Neigette wall, located 20 minutes from Rimouski, offers the ideal setting for this original adventure to do with family or friends. We climb here in a superb Lower Laurentian forest, a few meters from an impressive waterfall! Maximum time is planned during the activity to try your hand at top-roping challenges on the rock. All climbing equipment necessary for the activity is included. One of our guides will supervise you throughout so that you can enjoy this 3-hour activity safely!

Introductory course

Learn the basic techniques in climbing!

In this 5-hour course given on the Chute Neigette wall, a guide introduces you to the basic principles of safe practice on a rock wall. The material covered includes the presentation and use of personal protective equipment, the figure-eight knot, belaying technique and basic gestures. The perfect course to demystify rock climbing! All the climbing equipment necessary for the activity is included.
