The Ouellet family has been involved in the fishing industry for over a century. Combining traditional methods with the latest technologies, they have developed many distinctive products. With its own traditional smokehouse, the shop offers fine seafood for both retail and wholesale. Smoked products: sturgeon, eel, salmon, scallops, shrimps, mussels and trout.
Specialties also include fish pâtés (merrines) and a variety of pickled products.
