Nestled on the mountainside in the midst of nature, Mont-Carmel offers gorgeous views of Kamouraska and the St. Lawrence. Less than 5 kilometres from the main highway, its lake-studded territory extends all the way to the U.S. border. The Jean-Claude-Plourde municipal park offers visitors a snack bar, a heated pool and a stage for open-air shows and concerts.
