The healthy goodness of sheep’s milk cheese, with its mild, rich and slightly sweet taste, has been known since ancient times, and yet Le Mouton Blanc is the only cheesemaker of its kind in the Bas-Saint-Laurent. The distinctive flavour of their fine cheeses, produced on the farm from raw sheep’s milk, derives from the rich pastures of Kamouraska’s unique microclimate.
