These passionate food artisans produce fine charcuterie including terrines, rillettes, sausages, lamb bacon and smoked meats, all with no fillers, preservatives or gluten. Livestock raised completely naturally on the farm and processed entirely on site with meticulous meatsmithery. Lamb, sheep, pork and more.
