Crossing from one shore to the other is easy in the Bas-Saint-Laurent. Three ferry services make daily crossings between the two shores: Rivière-du-Loup to Saint-Siméon, Trois-Pistoles to Les Escoumins, and Rimouski to Forestville. There is also the Île Verte ferry, connecting the island of Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs to the mainland. On Lac Témiscouata, the MV Corégone welcomes all types of vehicles and passengers. Schedules, reservations and other conditions vary, so be sure to check the websites of each ferry before taking off to explore the coastal regions of the Quebec by the sea!
