The Ouellet family has been in the fishing industry for more than a century. Combining traditional production methods with the latest technologies, they have developed many distinctive products.

Attractions and Activities

Pêcheries Ouellet has its own smokehouse and sells fine retail and wholesale seafood. Smoked products: sturgeon, eel, salmon, scallops, shrimps, mussels and trout, or one of their specialties, merrine, or fish pâté, as well as a wide selection of marinated products.

May to October: Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm. Off-season: upon reservation only.
