A convivial cultural complex decorated with furnishings from TV dramas, the Maison de l’Écrivain houses an art gallery where local artists and artisans offer their creations (paintings, sculptures, art installations, etc.) under the leadership of painter Annette Desmarais. The bookstore features the works of many Bas-Saint-Laurent authors, including Victor-Lévy Beaulieu.
