Founded in 1958, Charcuterie Boucher has earned a reputation for high quality products. In addition to its renowned recipe for pork spread, still made today, you can buy their specialty Filet de Bohême (marinated filet of pork) and many other home made products such as blood pudding, 15 types of fresh sausages, pâtés, salami, pepperoni, headcheese, home-smoked ham and bacon, fresh cuts of pork and beef, not to mention Kamouraska lamb.
