Founded in 1958, Charcuterie Boucher offers high quality products that have won over our loyal customers. In addition to our renowned recipe for pork spread, enjoy our specialty Filet de Bohême (marinated and roasted boneless pork loin), and many other homemade products including blood pudding, fresh sausages, pâtés, salami, pepperoni, headcheese, home-smoked ham and bacon, fresh pork and beef, not to mention Kamouraska lamb.
